The story is based loosely on The Sobbin' Women by Stephen Vincent Benet. Jeff Caldwell directed this production.

When Adam's bride, Mille, first sees his remote Oregon ranch, she is appalled at the prospect of keeping house for his six unkempt brothers, whom Adam "forgot'" to mention. She determines to teach them the rudiments of daily life. But on a visit to town the brothers get into a scuffle over six comely lasses, kidnap them and take them home. When an avalanche blocks the ranch's only access road till spring, everyone has to make the best of it, under Millie's watchful eye. The brothers' two-story home was remodled from the Colordo Inn in the 1994 production of Little Mary Sunshine. The audience totalled 2,910.
